SLR acquires two waste consultancies

SLR Consulting has acquired Surrey-based Architecture and Planning Solutions, which has extensive experience of architectural design of energy recovery facilities and has worked with SLR on a range of projects over the past two years. SLR, which describes itself as the UK's fatest growing environmental consultancy, has also bought Stafford-based specialist planning, landscape and land management firm Bowman Planton Ltd (BPL), which works in the minerals and waste management sectors with clients such as Tarmac, Ibstock, Aggregate Industries, Viridor and Welsh Slate.
