Jacobs acquires share in AWE Management Ltd

Jacobs Engineering has agreed to acquire a one-third share in AWE Management Limited from British Nuclear Fuels plc (BNFL). AWE is a joint venture between BNFL, Lockheed Martin and Serco to manage the Atomic Weapons Establishment on behalf of the Ministry of Defence. Jacobs is also serving as a strategic supplier to AWE.
