CDM first for Camco mine project in China

The Fuxin coal mine methane and coal bed methane project in Liaoning province, China, was successfully registered by the Camco executive board in January. Developed by Camco’s qualification team in Beijing, it is claimed to be the world’s first coal bed methane Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) project, under the Kyoto Protocol.
