Gifford expands partership structure

The Gifford limited liability partnership of engineering and environmental consultants has been further expanded with the appointment of 14 new members made up of senior engineers from around the country. The latest appointments bring the number of working partners up to 44. The group employs some 850 staff in the UK, including around 70 environmental specialists.

The partnership structure at Gifford is described as "crucial to maintaining the company’s independent status". The business has grown strongly in recent years with offices across Britain and the Middle East, India, Cyprus and Gibraltar.
