Hyder publishes solid full-year results, but UK sales flat

Multidiscipline consultancy reports reduced debt load, strong order book and increasing international business. Promise that recent restructure and redundancies will deliver “culture change”

10-Jun-09  Hyder has confirmed solid results for the year ending 31 March 2009, with revenue increasing 37% to £319.0 million and adjusted operating profits up 16% to £17.4 million. Also of note is a significant reduction in net debt, which was £5.7 million by the year end compared to £11.1 million in March 2008. Hyder's order book also rose, by 22%, totalling £384.0 million.
