Black & Veatch targets US energy and water utilities

The management consulting division of Black & Veatch has announced that it is seeking to assist American utilities as they adjust to changing regulatory requirements and market conditions. Black & Veatch will use a methodology known as “accelerated corporate transformation” to work with energy and water utilities.
