Atkins' Keith Clarke calls for engineers to get to grips with carbon accounting

The chief executive of the UK's largest consulting engineering firm Atkins, Keith Clarke, has called on the engineering community and allied professions to accept that “radical” change will be necessary if the UK is it to meet its legally-binding carbon emission budgets.
