Mouchel expands enviro planning team with appointment of former Halcrow consultant

Roger Prescott, formerly employed by Halcrow, has been appointed principal planner by Mouchel and will work within its environmental planning and sustainability team. The move “strengthens Mouchel's interdisciplinary planning capacity,” says the consultancy. Prescott has interests in environmental impact assessment (EIA), flood management and coastal planning, listed buildings and cultural heritage, energy, and regeneration and community engagement, says Mouchel.
