VT pulls out of Mouchel bid

VT Group has announced its decision not to pursue a takover bid for the business outsourcing and consultancy group Mouchel at the current time (Environment Analyst, 11-Feb-10), in view of Babcock International Group's preliminary approach regarding a potential offer for VT.
