Mott Mac acts for lender in Pakistani hydroelectric project
The first private-sector, hydroelectric development in Pakistan to reach financial close has involved Mott MacDonald acting on behalf of the lending consortium. The consultancy provided due diligence services relating to the 84MW New Bong Escape hydroelectric project, which was first announced in 2005. Now that financial close has been achieved, Mott MacDonald staff will monitor the project's construction, which is scheduled for completion in 2013.
