Grontmij reports flat Q1

Dutch-based consultancy Grontmij has reported that profits after tax for the first quarter of 2010 were the same (€3.7m) as in Q1 2009, if the €5.2 million profit from divestments in Q1 2009 are excluded. However, total revenue fell from €208 million to €185 million.

19-May-10  Chief exective Sylvo Thijsen said the lower revenue in Q1 2010 was "as expected" after demand weakened, as announced in the third quarter of 2009.
