Resilient performance by Atkins, more cuts possible

Profit grew, while revenue dipped; further job losses expected

17-Jun-10  Atkins’ group operating profit for the twelve months ending 31 March 2010 rose by 9.6% to £113.0 million, while revenue dipped 6.7% to £1,387.9 million. Over the course of the year, staff numbers were cut by around 13% to stand at 15,601 at year end.
