Halcrow wins extension to Environment Agency framework

An extension has been awarded to Halcrow of the engineering consultancy's place on the Environment Agency's national engineering and environmental consultancy agreement (NEECA2) framework contract. The extension is for a year, until March 2012, and includes additional, performance-related extension options that could see the contract continue until October 2013. Halcrow attributes the extension to its “significant success in delivering improved flood risk management to communities”.
