The firm's services include advice regarding the evaluation of a firm's strategic alternatives for growth, "buyside" and sellside" M&A, internal ownership transition, recapitalizations, valuations, peer benchmarking and private equity financings. With respect to M&A, EFCG has advised on over 100 completed M&A transactions in the e/c industry, more than any other advisory firm. The firm also hosts 3 annual conferences for industry CEO's, CFO's and HR Executives, respectively, in New York City, bringing together top e/c firm executives from all over the world. The best known conference is the CEO Conference, now in its 22nd year, serving as a summit for 250+ CEO's. It represents a rather unique opportunity for the heads of both large and small e/c firms to meet and candidly discuss many of the issues and changes facing the industry, how to better manage e/c firms, and to develop mutual opportunities through teaming, partnerships and M&A. This is a “by invitation only” conference, held the third week in October every year.
