TRL launches certification business

The transport consulting and research organisation has established a new subsidiary company to provide third party certification and assurance. Building on existing services, the business will become UKAS accredited to certify the quality management standard ISO9001:2000 during 2009 and later offer environmental management systems (EMS) certification
