You'll be familiar with land referencing, public consultation and the development of Bills, Transport & Works Act, Development Consent Orders, CPO and Orders under the Highways, Gas and Water Industries Acts.

With a strong focus on the development of the consultancies client facing capability and business development skills, you will be a confident negotiator with a track record in the delivery of statutory processes for major projects.

You will preferably have experience in the role of Expert Witness at Public Inquiry.
