We are looking for a dynamic and organised project manager with experience in commercial contracting and specialist knowledge in at least one area of wildlife habitat enhancement to lead the team in Guilford.

As the contracting arm of Thomson Ecology, the UK’s leading independent ecology consultancy, we place great emphasis on client satisfaction. We make sure that all projects are completed on time, to budget and to the brief.We are entering a new and exciting phase of development with growth coming from a wider range of sectors and clients.

You will be responsible to the directors for growing and managing the business, looking after clients, developing the team and maintaining systems and standards. You will be used to bidding for work, managing site works and responding fast, dealing with several issues at once - and still keeping a sense of humour. You will have full support from sales and marketing and from the ecologists.
