ABP Mer wins Malta contract

Marine specialist ABP Marine Environmental Research (ABP Mer) has been chosen to assess the performance of new breakwaters planned for the Maltese fishing village of Marsaxlokk. The contract has been awarded by the Maltese Ministry of Resources and Rural Affairs, which is seeking to understand more fully the risks posed by waves and currents in the vicinity. It is not the first time Southampton-based ABP Mer has worked in Malta. The consultancy announced in June that it had expanded its team by four.
