In this role, you will work on exciting projects assessing water quality impacts from a range of developments and discharges. Our team is recognised as one of the UK’s leading providers of water quality solutions that support investment and deliver regulatory requirements. Your clients will include blue chip companies from the water, renewable energy, ports & harbours and oil & gas sectors and your solutions will make a real difference to people’s lives.

You will have a good understanding of regulatory drivers for water quality (e.g. Water Framework Directive) and be comfortable working with large data sets and models. This role requires a creative person who is keen to develop innovative solutions that address a complex regulator landscape. You should enjoy working with other gifted individuals and be excited by the prospect of developing leading-edge solutions.

Essential requirements for the role are:-

• 10+ years of recognized achievement in field
• Degree in a relevant science
• Sound understanding of water quality processes
• Demonstrable technical innovation and creativity
• Fluency in English

Additional desirable skills will be:

• MSc or PhD in relevant science
• Water quality modelling
• Strong academic and business network
