Summary Reporting to the Drilling Unit Manager, the applicant will be based ideally from the Lincoln HO, but we would consider locations near other Delta Simon regional offices. They will manage one of our Assistant Drillers delivering environmental & geotechnical ground investigations and cover other services we offer to our client base across the UK.
Details

Responsibilities include:

  • Onsite project management
  • Run sites in accordance to Delta Simons RAM’s
  • Undertake environmental & geotechnical sampling, coring, open holing and in-situ testing to recognised industry standards
  • Responsible for onsite drilling operations and management of Drilling Assistant
  • Maintain company drilling rigs, equipment and vehicles to a high standard
  • Willing to work throughout the UK

Qualifications:

  • Desired qualifications include: CSCS, NVQ in dynamic sampling & rotary, CPCS, NRSWA Operative, Manual Handling, First Aid, but training can be provided to suitable candidates.
  • A full, clean driving licence is essential, desirable is a C1+E.
