Dallas-headquartered Trinity Consultants has opened an office in Portland, Oregon, as it looks to target the rising number of manufacturing businesses across the state.
The firm has operated in Oregon since the 1990s, addressing environmental permitting and compliance issues. Oregon’s traditional pulp and paper, and wood product manufacturing businesses have been key client sectors for the firm. However, as the state’s economy has expanded to incorporate additional manufacturing industries, such as semiconductors, fabricated metals, food processing, and aerospace, Trinity has identified an opportunity to expand its client base.
The move coincides with the launch of a new air toxics rule by the state, Clean Air Oregon (CAO). Trinity is supporting a range of clients in achieving compliance with CAO by leveraging it expertise air dispersion modelling, control technology reviews, risk assessments, monitoring plans, and emission inventories expertise.
Trinity currently boasts over 50 offices spread across the US, Middle East, China and Australia.
