Mace to advise on Tewkesbury regeneration

Mace will review the options for revamping the Spring Gardens site, investigate other opportunities in the town, and devise a plan to make this happen.

The company notes that it has previous experience in other notable redevelopment projects including Stratford, in East London, and Birmingham New Street Station.

"This is an exciting opportunity to maximise the potential of Tewkesbury town centre and unlock its growth opportunities," says Councillor Rob Bird, Leader of Tewkesbury Borough Council.

"The redevelopment of Spring Gardens is a key priority for the Council and we are very happy to announce the appointment of Mace, who have a long track record of the successful delivery of projects like this."
