Summary This is an exciting opportunity for aquatic environmental consultants and modellers to join our dynamic team. The location is flexible, and successful candidates will be based at one of our regional offices (Aberdeen, Cardiff or Dundee) or main office (Liphook).

Intertek are looking to recruit for a number of vacancies to help build on their success and growth plans and are inviting applications from candidates with professional experience in:

Marine Environmental Permitting (subsea cables, renewables, oil & gas) with specialist skills in one or more of the following:-

  • Marine mammals
  • Benthic ecology
  • Fisheries
  • Ornithology
  • Underwater sound

UKCS Oil & Gas Permitting with specialist skills in one or more of the following:-

  • Decommissioning
  • OPEP
  • Modelling tools (OSCAR, DREAM)
  • EIA/SEA

Numerical modelling with skills in one or more of the following:-

  • Hydrodynamics
  • Hydrology
  • Hydrogeology
  • Water Quality
  • Sediment Transport
  • Coastal Processes
  • Metocean
  • Data Processing, analysis and interpretation
  • Programming

In addition, Intertek would also be keen to hear from graduates who have an interest in the aquatic environment and the drive to develop a career in environmental consultancy who hold a BSc/MSc/PhD in either a science, mathematics or engineering based subject.
