How to log in (for registered users)
On the home page of www.infrastructureandplanningbriefing.com, click the red ‘Login' button on the top right hand side of the page (just above the search box)as shown below.
This will take you to the login/registration screen - simply enter your registered email address and the password you set when you registered on the website, and click ‘log in'.
If you are a current subscriber you should now be able to read all articles in full and download supplements and back issues. If you are registered but do not currently subscribe, you will be able to view a curated selection of articles only.
Forgotten your login details?
To keep your information safe, we at Infrastructure and Planning Briefing can never see your password. This means that we are unable to tell you what it is if you forget it, so you will need to reset it by following these three steps:
1) Click the 'forgotten your password?' link on the login/register screen.
2) Next enter the email address that you registered with, click the ‘Send password reset link' button and wait for the email containing your password reset instructions.

Why do some articles have padlocks beside them?
Some content on this website is available exclusively to current subscribers. Articles which have padlock pictures beside them may only be read in full if you are a current subscriber and logged in. To subscribe, click here. If you are a subscriber but are having trouble logging in, please consult the other sections on this page or contact us.
What is my colleague's password?
According to the terms of copyright for Infrastructure and Planning Briefing it is illegal for more than one person to login to this website on the same single subscription (see the full terms & conditions here). Subscribers should never give out their login details to others.
If several people in one company would like to read Infrastructure and Planning Briefing and access the website, it may be more cost-effective to take out a company subscription (known as a site licence).
If a colleague has left your company and you wish to transfer their subscription over to you, please contact us to arrange this.
Why is it asking me to log in again?
The Infrastructure and Planning Briefing website keeps users logged in for up to 115 days, as long as cookies are enabled on your internet browser. However, users will only stay logged in as long as they have an "active session". This means that if you don't use the website for 56 hours or more then you will have to log in again next time.
