Paul is managing director of specialist consultancy, Land Quality Management Ltd. He is deputy chair of the National Brownfield Land Forum and a director of CABERNET, the European brownfield regeneration network. Over the past 30 years he has worked on assessing, managing and communicating risk in a variety of engineering and land contamination contexts. He has demonstrated time and again that early engagement of the appropriate professionals decreases the risk of redeveloping brownfields and generally increases profitability for all.
