Using the Development+Infrastructure websites
We hope that this website provides all the site development content you desire. However, to help make it easier to use, we have put together these simple instructions and frequently asked questions (FAQs).
How to log in (for registered users)
On the home page of www.developmentandinfrastructure.com, click the red ‘Login' button on the top right hand side of the page (just above the search box).
This will take you to the login/registration screen - simply enter your registered email address and the password you set when you registered on the website, and click ‘log in'.
If you are a current subscriber you should now be able to read all articles in full and download supplements and back issues. If you are registered but do not currently subscribe, you will be able to view a curated selection of articles only.
Forgotten your login details?
To keep your information safe, we at Environment Analyst's Development + Infrastructure Service can never see your password. This means that we are unable to tell you what it is if you forget it, so you will need to reset it by following these three steps:
1) Click the 'forgotten your password?' link on the login/register screen.
2) Next enter the email address that you registered with, click the ‘Send password reset link' button and wait for the email containing your password reset instructions.

Why do some articles have padlocks beside them?
Some content on this website is available exclusively to current subscribers. Articles which have padlock pictures beside them may only be read in full if you are a current subscriber and logged in. To subscribe, click here. If you are a subscriber but are having trouble logging in, please consult the other sections on this page or contact us.
What is my colleague's password?
According to the terms of copyright for Development and Infrastructure it is illegal for more than one person to login to this website on the same single subscription (see the full terms & conditions here). Subscribers should never give out their login details to others.
If you would like to access the website, please subscribe.
If several people in one company would like to read Development and Infrastructure and access the website, it may be more cost-effective to take out a company subscription (known as a site licence).
If a colleague has left your company and you wish to transfer their subscription over to you, please contact us to arrange this.
Why is it asking me to log in again?
The Development and Infrastructure website keeps users logged in for up to 115 days, as long as cookies are enabled on your internet browser. However, users will only stay logged in as long as they have an "active session". This means that if you don't use the website for 56 hours or more then you will have to log in again next time.
I have two accounts but neither works
If you have two usernames registered to the same email address this is likely to cause problems with our database and result in being unable to view subscriber content. To fix this problem, we may need to delete one or both of your accounts. Please contact us and we will help to fix the problem.
