For 2021, UKELA will be hosting a week of top class content covering the latest topics in the environmental law field. We will run the entire event online, although we do hope to introduce some additional face-to-face social elements if Government guidance permits, so you will be able to join in no matter where in the world you are based. Our programme covers a wide range of content. Do you want to know more about how environmental regulation is going to work in the UK post Brexit? Or perhaps you have a passion for rewilding and biodiversity. Climate change is at the very top of the to do list, particularly with COP26 coming to Glasgow in November - hear from experts about how litigation is contributing to the solution. Our specialised Working Parties will host their always popular sessions in the first part of the week. Here, you can deep dive into your area of specialism or find out more in a new area to you. We are also excited to bring 2 new panels for 2021; our academic panel will kick Conference Week off with an overview of the future of environmental law and rights of nature over the next 5 years and beyond, whilst our international panel will hear from different jurisdictions around the world as they assess and debate developments where they live.
