Lead Assessor/Programme Manager for Certification & Verification Services

To lead engagements across a number of industry sector for ERM CVS services including acting as program leader for IS9001 globally. You will also lead ISO14001 and ISO 45001 assessments

EU ETS experience as well as oil & gas on and off shore experience would be beneficial but not obligatory.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Team Management: To proactively lead a team of assessors ensuring they have the right capabilities required to conduct the required assessments and providing the required coaching support.  
• Client Account Management:  Act as focal point for the client within ERM CVS, responsible for coordinating assignments and ensuring that projects are delivered according to plan;
• Lead Assessor:  Lead assessments according to ERM CVS procedures, prepare reports and determine assessment conclusions.
• Participate in the ERM CVS, including proactive sharing of knowledge and experience and identifying opportunities for business growth to develop with support of ERM CVS Partners.

Knowledge:

• Strong ISO 9001 understanding
• Post Graduate degree level qualification in relevant subject matter and substantial relevant work experience
• Knowledge and understanding of management systems and associated standards
• Knowledge of data reporting processes, with knowledge of EU ETS requirements an advantage
• Knowledge of EHS regulations.

• Fluent English speaker with clear and concise written and spoken English

Experience:

At least 8 years relevant professional experience, including

• Development or assessment of management systems designed to control EHS performance
• Audit experience in the EHS industry
• Influencing people at all organisational levels
• Team leadership experience
• Strong project management and delivery experience
• Client management / commercial issues
