London brownfield database launched

The London Development Agency and Homes and Communities Agency have launched a free, online database of land in London available for redevelopment, following a review by Arup.The database lists around 2,300 previously-developed brownfield sites, more than 1,000 extra sites for the London area, as compared to the national land use database (NLUD). The new database is accompanied by a London-specific best practice guide to brownfield land in London.
