Court upholds windfarm consent in Scottish wild land

A judicial review into the approval of the Creag Riabhach onshore wind farm has ended in a decision to uphold Scottish Ministers’ approval. Danish billionaire Anders Povlsen, CEO of Bestseller Group and one of Scotland’s largest landowners with the Ben Loyal, Kinloch and Hope and Melness estates, had challenged the scheme on the basis of wild land preservation.
