The team gets involved in a wide range of development projects – including ports and airports, highways, light railways, power plants, power transmission lines as well as oil and gas developments. Inputs range from simple environmental assessments, environmental constraints mapping, development site searches to the preparation of Environmental Statements to support nationally important schemes progressing through all types of consenting regimes (including Development Consent Orders).  Our team works directly for high profile clients such as Associated British Ports, National Grid, Highways England, Network Rail, Shell, Transport for Greater Manchester, several power companies, numerous local authorities and many others.

To be successful in this role we're looking for an individual who has a solid background as an Environmental Consultant within the UK, with experience coordinating EIAs for a wide range of development projects. Work in renewable energy, port-related developments, railway and highway schemes and electrical connections would be a distinct advantage.

Along with the above you will have an excellent understanding of EIA processes, protocols and applicable legislation along with strong communication, programming, financial management and organisation skills.
