Large Farnborough redevelopment approved

The Meudon House site revamp comprises flats and townhouses, along with 372 car parking spaces, cycle storage, landscaping, and public space.

Rushmoor Borough Council has approved Telereal Trillium’s plan to demolish the two storey Meudon House office building, which has lain vacant since IBM left the premises in 2016.

"We’re very pleased that councillors have backed our plans for the redevelopment of Meudon House," says Duncan Brisbane, Development Director at Telereal Trillium.

"This site has been vacant for a number of years and will now be able to make a positive contribution to the town once again, offering new apartments and houses in a range of sizes in a great location."

Works are scheduled to begin on-site in 2019.
