Rupert works with impactful businesses to drive positive change in our society whilst building shareholder value. He supports ambitious management teams pre and post deal to elevate their future business plans through impact investing. Rupert has a breadth of experience across a range of sectors with a particular interest in Healthcare & Life Sciences businesses. He joined Palatine in January 2016 from NBGI Private Equity where he spent over four years working on a number of platforms and add-on acquisitions whilst holding several board positions. Rupert started his career at PwC, where he worked on a variety of private equity transactions and financial restructurings. He is a qualified chartered accountant with a degree in politics from Edinburgh University.

Tristan joined Anthesis as Global M&A Director in July 2023, following two years as a Non-Executive Director for the organisation through his role as Partner at Palatine, an investor in Anthesis. Prior to Anthesis, Tristan has more than 15 years’ experience in private equity investing across many businesses and sectors and supporting businesses with their investment and growth strategies. Most recently at Palatine’s Impact fund Tristan focussed on identifying and supporting businesses that made a positive social or environmental impact and helping them to quickly scale both their business and their positive impact.  Tristan also spent five years at EY where he qualified and worked in the M&A and Performance Improvement teams.

Stephen is a Director based in Boston and supports and advises clients through the full M&A process, leveraging his strong background and expertise to maximize shareholder value. Stephen joined Equiteq in 2022 with 10 years of professional experience across financial services, investment banking, and corporate development. Prior to this, he worked for UBS and Jefferies covering the broader industrials and business services sectors.

Stephen holds an MBA from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas and a BS in Finance and Engineering from Penn State University.

An environmental executive with over 35 years' experience in government, industry and consulting, Bob has worked with many of the world’s leading corporations, often at the executive and Board level, on the design, development and implementation of systems to maximize effective EHS regulatory compliance, risk control, sustainability and ESG. Bob's areas of expertise include EHS and sustainability program management, performance assurance, organizational review and optimization, EHS and corporate sustainability reporting, supply chain risk management and community and regulatory interface. In 2023, Bob led SWCA’s acquisition of the sustainability management consultancy ALO Advisors and directs SWCA’s global growth initiatives.
